So one thing I've noticed today from my naps is that they are some of the deepest ones I've had since starting this, even after oversleeping last night. From all my naps today, I woke up thinking I had slept for hours, confused as to where I was and refreshed yet a bit groggy, pretty much exactly how I feel after a normal night's rest. It's really motivating that this is happenning. 1) That I've gained the ability to have a great nap and 2) Because it means last night didn't mess that up.
On another note, my friend is going to start doing some research on my experiences and changes from this so I pretty much have no choice to get on this right now and mess up. I don't want to cause her to get a bad great on her research assignment. So I'm going to be fighting hard. I'll be blogging after EVERY nap. You will have lots of up to date updates lol.
